EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

CHANGES

Changes are accepted in the following cases:

-I received the order in poor condition or by mistake I received a different product than the one I purchased.

-The size I chose is not correct.

-I don't like the product and I want to exchange it for a different one.

If you wish to make an exchange, you must send an email to info@martana-jewels.com or through the CONTACT section.

It's essential that the products you wish to exchange are in perfect condition and show no signs of use. Otherwise, the exchange cannot be processed.

You must return the order with the original packaging.

You have 14 calendar days to make an exchange from the date you receive your order; otherwise, the exchange will not be accepted.

Once your exchange is approved, your new item will be sent to you with instructions for handing the exchanged item to the courier upon delivery.

If the reason for the exchange is because you received your order in poor condition or you accidentally received a different product than the one you purchased, shipping costs will be free for both the pickup and replacement of the same product. If the product is not in stock, we will replace it with another of the same or higher price of your choice. If the product is priced higher, the customer must pay the difference via bank transfer or PayPal before processing the exchange. Under no circumstances can we exchange items for others of a lower price.

If the exchange is due to the incorrect size or because you do not like the product you purchased, the exchange fee will be €7.50 for mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal. Payment must be made via bank transfer or PayPal before the exchange is processed. Once payment is received, the correct size or the new product will be sent to you. You will need to return the order of the incorrect size or the product you did not like and wish to exchange to the courier upon delivery. The returned order must be in perfect condition, both the product and the packaging.

For changes to international shipments, you will be informed of the procedure and the corresponding cost.

RETURNS

If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order , provided that it is in perfect condition and has not been used. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.

You must notify us by email at info@martana-jewels.com or through the CONTACT section.

Once you notify us of the return, we will inform you of the order collection procedure through ONTIME for Spain (Peninsula), the Balearic Islands, and Portugal, or through DHL for other international countries.

You will be refunded the amount of the product and the initial shipping costs of the purchase, if applicable, but the customer must assume the return costs, which are €7.50 for Spain (Peninsula), the Balearic Islands and Portugal. For international shipments, you will be informed of the amount when we receive the return request, all within 14 calendar days following notification of the decision to return the order.

You must return the products to us in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Otherwise, the products may be returned to the sender, and any exchange or refund may be rejected.

Once we receive and verify that the order is in perfect condition, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase, through a refund processed by PayPal or a refund to your credit card, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days. However, the return shipping costs of €7.50 (Peninsula) will be deducted from the refund. For Balearic Islands, Portugal, or international shipments, the amount will be informed when we receive the return request.

In the event of a partial return of an order, you will be refunded the amount of the product less the return shipping costs.

The customer has 24 hours from receipt of the order to check that it is in perfect condition . Otherwise, they must inform us of any type of problem. After these 24 hours, claims for products that do not arrive in ideal condition will not be accepted.

In the earrings category, for health and hygiene reasons, exchanges and returns will not be accepted.

Exchanges and returns are not accepted on personalized products (necklaces, bracelets, and earrings with names/words/initials/symbols).

No exchanges or returns are accepted for broken chains or lost zircons.
