What material are our jewelry made of?

Our jewelry is made of 22K gold-plated brass, sterling silver, 18K gold-plated sterling silver, 18K gold-plated steel, 9K and 18K solid gold, zircons and semi-precious stones as indicated in the characteristics of each product. How can I make a purchase?

Select the jewel(s) you wish to purchase.-Choose the material/colour/size and the units you wish to purchase and click on add to cart.-Once you have finished your purchase, you can see the total in your shopping cart by clicking on the cart icon.-If you find more units in the cart than you wish to purchase, you must update the cart with the arrows next to the number of units. -When everything is correct, click on checkout.-Fill in all the details for shipping and billing of your order, check that all the details you provided are correct. A user will also be created so that you can make future purchases.-Select the payment method and pay the amount.-You will receive your order at the address you have indicated within the stipulated time frame.

Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

You do not need to create an account to make a purchase, the account will be created once you make your first purchase if you accept the option to create an account.

Where does Martana Jewels ship?

We ship to Spain (mainland) and the Balearic Islands, Portugal and the EU. At the moment we do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, Andorra and the rest of the world.

Do you restock products that are “unavailable/out of stock”?

If a product is out of stock, this will be indicated on our website and we will try to replenish it as soon as possible.

How can I receive information, exclusive promotions, discounts and the latest news from Martana Jewels?

Fill in the form at the bottom of our “Newsletter” page with your email address and you will receive all the information, promotions, discounts and latest news exclusively. You can unsubscribe by clicking on “Unsubscribe” whenever you want.

How can I know if my purchase was successful?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please contact us at info@martana-jewels.com.

How can I know the status of my order?

You can see the updated status of your order in the confirmation email we sent you. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from the shipping company with the tracking number and the link where you can track your order.

Can I remove any product from my order?

Yes, you can remove unwanted products from the shopping cart as long as you have not completed and paid for the order.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email to info@martana-jewels.com notifying us of your order cancellation and the reason for cancellation and we will do our best to assist you. You can also manually cancel your orders in the order history of your user account. If you do not see the cancellation link, it is probably because we have already prepared and shipped your order.
