-Store your jewelry in its box or in a dry, closed place, never in a humid place.

-We recommend that you remove any jewelry before going to sleep, showering or exercising.

-Avoid contact of your jewelry with perfumes, colognes, cleaning products, chlorine, salt water, sweat, sunlight, etc., this way you can maintain its shine and durability for longer.

-Avoid storing jewelry together as they can scratch each other.

-You can clean your jewelry with warm water and mild soap, soak it for a few minutes and dry it carefully with a cotton cloth. Rubbing it vigorously can cause the plating to fade. You can also clean it with specific products for both silver cleaning and gold plating that are available on the market.

MARTANA JEWELS does not guarantee that the gold plating of our jewelry will last forever, as they are more fragile and are influenced by several factors, so take special care with your gold-plated jewelry.

The condition and durability of your jewelry will depend on how you store, clean, care for it, and the pH of your skin.

If your jewelry has lost its gold plating sooner than you expected, contact us at info@martana-jewels.com so we can assess your case and provide you with a solution.


-Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt. If for any reason this is not possible, you will be sent an email informing you and providing an estimated shipping date. Customized orders are expected to be delivered within approximately 10 business days, as they are made to order.


-Deliveries are made on weekdays; no deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or message from the shipping company with the shipment number, a tracking link, and the phone number of the delivery company. If you have any questions regarding your shipment, you can contact them directly to arrange delivery. Please provide a shipping address where someone can always pick up your order.

-The delivery time is estimated since sometimes and for reasons beyond MARTANA JEWELS' control, delays may occur, ESPECIALLY ON BLACK FRIDAY, CHRISTMAS, SALES, ETC., due to the high number of shipments during these dates.

-If you wish to change the delivery address for your order, please notify us as soon as possible at info@martana-jewels.com. If the order has already been shipped, you will be notified of any additional shipping costs and the estimated delivery date.

-We do not ship to PO boxes.

CHANGES

Exchanges are accepted in the following cases:

-I received the order in bad condition or by mistake I have received another product different from the one I bought.

-The size I chose is not the correct one.

-The product is not to my liking and I want to exchange it for a different one.

If you wish to make an exchange, you must send an email to info@martana-jewels.com or through the CONTACT section.


It is essential that the products you wish to exchange are in perfect condition and without evidence of use. Otherwise, the exchange will not be possible.

You must return the order in its original packaging.

You have 14 calendar days to make an exchange from the date of receipt of the order, otherwise the exchange will not be accepted.

When the exchange is approved, you will be sent the new item with instructions on how to hand over the item to be exchanged to the courier at the time of delivery.

If the reason for the change is because you have received the order in poor condition or by mistake you have received another product different from the one you had bought, the shipping costs will be free for both the same collection and for the replacement of the same product. If the product is not in stock, we will replace it with another of the same or higher price you choose, if the product has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference by bank transfer or Paypal before proceeding with the change. Under no circumstances can we exchange items for others of lesser value.

If the change is for not having chosen the correct size or because the product you have chosen is not to your liking and you want to change it for another, the cost of the change will be 7.50€ for Spain (Peninsula), Balearic Islands and Portugal and must be paid by bank transfer or PayPal before making the change. Once payment has been received, you will be sent the correct size or the new product you have purchased and you will have to return the order of the wrong size or the product that has not been to your liking and that you want to change to the courier at the time of delivery. The order to be returned must be in perfect condition, both the product and the packaging.

For exchanges in international shipments, you will be informed about the procedure and the corresponding cost.

RETURNS

If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that it is in perfect condition and without evidence of use, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

You must notify us by email to info@martana-jewels.com or through the CONTACT section.

Once you notify us of the return, we will inform you of the procedure for collecting the order through ONTIME for Spain (Peninsula), Balearic Islands and Portugal or through DHL for the rest of the international countries.

You will be refunded the amount of the product and the initial shipping costs of the purchase if any, but the customer must assume the costs of the return, which are € 7.50 for Spain (Peninsula), Balearic Islands and Portugal, for international shipments you will be informed of the amount when we receive the return request, all within 14 calendar days of notification of the decision to return the order.

You must return the products to us with their original packaging and in perfect condition, otherwise the products may be returned to the sender rejecting any exchange or return of the same.

Once we receive and check that the order is in perfect condition, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase, through a refund processed by PayPal or a refund to your credit card, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, but the return shipping costs of the return will be deducted which are € 7.50 (Peninsula), for the Balearic Islands, Portugal or international shipments will be informed of the amount when we receive the return request.

In case of partial return of an order, you will be refunded the amount of the product minus the return shipping costs.

The customer has 24 hours from receipt of the order to check that it is in perfect condition, otherwise you must inform us of any problems, after these 24 hours we will not accept claims for products that do not arrive in ideal conditions.

In the category of earrings, for health and hygiene reasons, no exchanges or returns will be accepted.

Personalised products (necklaces, bracelets and earrings with names/words/initials/symbols) cannot be exchanged or returned.

We do not accept exchanges or returns on broken chains or lost zirconia.
